The following classes or equivalent, are required to be successfully completed by June 4, 2010. If you are currently taking or have completed these classes, please indicated below:

General Physics 1 General Physics 2
Circuits 1 General Chemistry 1
Statics Calculus 1
Calculus 2 Multivariable Calculus
Differential Equations Dynamics
Fundamentals of Graphical Communications

At least two, preferably three of the following classes must be completed by June 4, 2010, or obtain Special Permission from Iron Range Engineering Director. If you are currently taking in or have completed these classes, please indicated below:

Mechanics of Materials Thermo
Circuits 2 Digital Logic
Fluids Organic Chemistry
Material Science

Along with proof of completion of the above classes you must also provide the following by the application deadline. If you have these materials available now, please attach them below:

  • Transcript(s) of academic records after high school (non official copy accepted).
  • Essay (300-500 words) describing why you want to participate in this innovative engineering program.
  • Essay (300-500 words) describing how you will contribute to the learning communities that develop within this engineering program.
  • Essay (≥ 500 words). In addition to completing the engineering program's required courses, how do you plan on fulfilling the GERs for Mankato State University? One letter of recommendation.
